Saturdays, 10am- 12:30pm
Different program will run each Saturday with our regular Yoga Master classes in San Francisco, Richmond District.
Each class is 2.5 hour long practice of asanas, pranayama, meditative techniques and theory.
All ages and levels are welcome!
We provide herbal tea, essential oils, safety place, our knowledge & experience.
You bring your yoga mat, props (if you use any), comfortable clothes and open mind.
Possibly, some of practices will be outside, so dress with layers (San Francisco style))) and take care of sunblock, hat, flip flops.....
$40 for one person (reserve your spot in advance).
